VISA & INVITATION LETTER

• Participants coming from outside the Schengen Area wishing to enter France must be able to present at the border the regulatory documents concerning the reasons for their stay, their means of subsistence and their accommodation arrangements.
• In the absence of an exemption, a visa is generally required. For general information and to prepare, submit and track your visa application, log on to France-Visas.
• Waiting times for appointments and processing of applications vary depending on your nationality and the time of year. Participants are advised to submit their individual visa application well in advance of the conference.
• If an invitation letter is required to obtain your visa, you will be able to request it during the registration process.
• For participants submitting abstracts, requests should be made promptly after receiving notification of acceptance.
