Document Submission

Within the document submission form, we capture the type of actions taken and your user ID (e.g., to identify the submitter, editor, or moderator of a document).

Event Registration

During event registration, the information provided in the registration form is recorded for managing registrations.

Website Visits

Data accessed on the website may be logged for statistical and security auditing purposes through the web server and stored in compliance with legal obligations. Download statistics for files are compiled by anonymizing IP addresses, and visit statistics are generated using Google Analytics.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be retained until the account is deleted. Non-anonymized consultation data (server logs) will be retained for one year.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the collected data are staff members of IEM, members of the ICIM-18 organizing committee, and site administrators. The processing does not involve automated decision-making (in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR).

DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

There are no transfers of data outside the European Union, except for the mailing list, which will be shared with the next ICIM chairmanship.
