📍 Standard Cancellations
- Up to 60 days before the Conference
- ✔ Full refund (no cancellation fee)
- Between 59 and 30 days before the Conference
- ✔ 50% refund
- From 29 days before the Conference
- ❌ No refund possible
⚠ Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
📍 Visa Refusal
If you cannot attend because your visa application was refused, you may request a refund of the registration fee minus a €70 administrative charge.
To be eligible send your written notification (email) of the visa refusal – no later than 15 working days before the start of the Conference (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days).
⚠ Requests received after this deadline cannot be refunded.
